Festival 44: A stroll with a treeblogger

treeblogAsh at treeblog is our genial guide on a ramble through a forest of truly astonishing diversity in Festival 44. We meet everything from bonsai to a 13,000-year-old scrub oak to a monument to mark the site of an oak that helped kill a king of England. Some snap pictures, some get out the sketchpad or the notebook, but everyone finds some way to memorialize their walk in the woods. Come join us!

About Dave Bonta

I'm the author of several books of poetry, including Ice Mountain: An Elegy, Breakdown: Banjo Poems, and Odes to Tools, but my real work is at my long-running literary blog Via Negativa, where I'm currently creating erasure poems from every entry of the Diary of Samuel Pepys. I'm also the editor and publisher of Moving Poems, a blog showcasing the best poetry videos on the web.
